Mike is a Commercial Real Estate specialist, with more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Advising property owners on Investment Strategies, Marketing Techniques, Lease & Sale Negotiations, Financing Opportunities, Property  Management Strategies and Land Development Plans. With the Clients input, Mike develops and executes a specific business plan for each assignment including the  negotiations for sales, leases, lease terminations, renewals and subleases. Each client receives regular progress reports and is kept up to date on all aspects of a transaction.
 

Prior to joining CM Commercial Inc., Mike was the vice president at Crossroad Ventures Group, with additional past experience as principal at Northwind Partners for 10 years.  Mike specialized in project acquisitions, project underwriting, lease & sales negotiations and project management.
